Our swappable electronics pod ensures carts only need to be out of service for as long as it takes to swap a pod, typically no more than 60 seconds.

Our unique support solution is designed to ensure carts are kept in service as much as possible and to almost completely eradicate down time caused by failure.
Kinetic-ID can provide a number of hot standby PODs to be kept at each site where carts are in service. In the event of an issue, a member of the local support team can fit a new POD with very little training and only a couple of Allen keys. The removed POD can then be plugged in independently to check if it is faulty.
All our carts are constructed using 80% recycled plastics and these are themselves fully recyclable. All plastic waste material from the manufacturing process is recycled and reused as standard. Even our batteries can be returned to us to be fully recycled!
By doubling the performance of the battery per Wh of power, we can effectively half the amount of electricity used to provide the required level of run times. More impressively, our Eco-Charger system has a huge impact on carbon footprint, typically reducing overnight usage by 90%.
Our ultra efficient system typically provides twice the run times per Wh compared to traditional powered carts, based on typical use.
Our electronics system is fully certified as Medical Grade. Any device powered directly from our system can also be classed as safe for use in a near-patient environment and will not interfere with any nearby medical equipment.
Our technology is specifically designed to be useable over an extended period, meaning the batteries will continue to function well into years 5 years and beyond.
Our in-built 4-point electronics safety system ensures our Battery system is fully protected against catastrophic failures which in extreme circumstances can lead to fires.
Our accessories pair perfectly with the ID-3 depending on your requirements.
The ID-3 is also available in a wide range of drawer configurations, and can be supplied installed with our Intelligent Dispensing Solution which removes the need to use insecure/outdated Pincode Locks.
This system enables drawers or doors to be opened directly from the PC without a physical lock ensuring access is only provided to those who should actually have it, and gives the ability to remove access as needed.
The software can be configured specifically for your requirements, giving you complete freedom over access levels, alarm times, etc.
