The most common issues we encounter:

My workstation won’t turn on, what should I do?

Before contacting us please check everything is plugged in, check the screen is turned on and re-input the mouse.

When I stop charging the unit, the PC and battery screen turn off. What should I check?

Please check if the battery isolation switch is switched on.

The work surface only goes down when I touch the paddle. How can I ensure it goes up and down?

This happens when the cart is first introduced and the safety system has to be set up. Once you have operated the work surface to the lowest position the worksurface it will go up and down normally.

The workstation won’t turn on when it is unplugged. What could be causing this?

Firstly check the battery isolation switch is switched on. Following this you may need to replace the battery pod. As part of our Pod Replacement Scheme – you will need to replace the Pod with your spare battery and contact us to arrange a collection. We will then collect and repair the battery Pod and send it back to you.
